Basic Training Boot Camp - 9 Sessions per month

Soldiers of Fitness Modified Basic Training is a 9 session option to the Basic Training Boot Camp which is our original and most comprehensive program. By partaking in the same kinds of intense physical training that the world's finest armies use to train professional soldiers, we will help you to transform your body into a physically fit specimen you can be proud of. SOF’s fitness Boot Camp combines health and character building exercises to produce and maintain results.

Our classes are available 3-days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday for one hour each day. The program is offered at two convenient times, 6am, early before work or 6pm, after work. This is an open membership allowing a person to attend classes at any time or day that it is offered, until their sessions are used up. ​

Each session is designed to be challenging, unique and exciting in order to ensure our candidates' satisfaction. SOF Basic Training combines strength workouts, cardiovascular training, basic self-defense, obstacle courses, hill & stair training, and much, much more! Remember that although the program is team oriented, all we expect from you is your personal best effort each and every single day of boot camp.
