Soldiers of Fitness realizes that a certain level of fitness is necessary to participate in our regular program and enrolling in a program that is too advanced for your current level of fitness is dangerous, counter-productive and discouraging. Therefore, we are pleased to offer our Beginner Boot Camp!


Beginner Boot Camp incorporates the camaraderie and teamwork enjoyed in the Basic Training program, with a more gradual introduction to fitness and less impact on your body. Beginner Boot Camp is specifically for those who may not possess a high level of fitness, are recovering from an injury or are new to fitness as a whole. The goal of beginner bootcamp is to increase individual fitness levels and prepare recruits for the rigours of the regular program.

So, if you are ready to get serious about your fitness, but don’t know where to start-Beginner Boot Camp is the program for you!
